Overview

The provision of a fleet of leased vehicles, including delivery, maintenance and support services, for a period of 36 months to Esayidi TVET College. Suitable bidders are experienced vehicle-leasing/fleet-management providers with capabilities in full maintenance leasing, driver tracking/monitoring, branding, and related support services, and who can meet SA regulatory and industry requirements (e.g., SAVRALA membership or equivalent, tax clearance).

Requirements

• Pre-qualification/mandatory information (submit all in full):
  • RFP document: each page initialled by a delegated representative.
  • Technical specifications and pricing: fully signed; pricing/specs must not be altered.
  • Proof of bank account (bank letter, not older than 6 months).
  • Certified company registration documents (not older than 6 months).
  • Certified IDs for directors/shareholders (not older than 6 months).
  • SARS Tax Compliance status (valid on tender closing date).
  • B-BBEE certificate or affidavit from SANAS-accredited agency.
  • SBD Forms: SBD 1, 4, 6.1 (certified not older than 6 months).
  • Board resolution (or proof sole proprietor).
  • Declaration of Interest (sign as required).
  • National Treasury CSD registration (full report).
  • Annual Financial Statements/Management Accounts (last 2 years).
  • COIDA good standing letter from Dept of Labour.
  • SAVRALA membership certificate (or equivalent).
  • Bank Rating Letter (not older than 6 months).
  • Proof of locality (Ward Councillor letter, address proof, or similar) and local office in KZN (Harry Gwala/Ugu district).
• Functionality evaluation (minimum 70% to progress):
  • Three contactable reference letters for similar work (scored up to 30).
  • Company profile with relevant project history (up to 10).
  • Delivery/lead/setup time for typical project (up to 20).
  • Proof of locality and head office locations (up to 20).
  • Proof of maintenance/warranties (up to 10).
  • Proof of insurances (up to 10).
