Requirements

• Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax compliance: SARS status and provision of a Tax Compliance PIN; evidence required.
• Declarations: absence of conflicts of interest; completed Declarations of Interest, Conflicts of Interest, and related certifications.
• Evidence of relevant experience: scanning, indexing and storage services performed in the last 2 years, with reference letters.
• No mandatory samples; other standard pre-conditions and verification rights as per the tender.
