Overview

The Provision of Ad Hoc Forensic Investigation Services for PPECB. An ad-hoc, 36-month engagement with a 24-month renewal option to conduct independent forensic investigations, write reports, and assist in disciplinary or law enforcement processes. Category: Legal and Corporate Governance; target bidders with professional forensic, data-imaging, cybercrime and related credentials.

Requirements

• Valid membership in at least one body: ACFE or ICFP SA; CISA; CISSP/CHFI/GCFA; ACDA; SAICA; ACCA; IIA; IRBA; SAIPA. Certified letter not older than 6 months.
• Lead Partner/Director: 5+ years in public-sector forensic investigations, forensic auditing/accounting, computer forensics and cybercrimes, and forensic data imaging.
• Central Supplier Database registration and Master Registration Number (Supplier MAAA) in SBD1.
• Tax clearance/tax status verification (including JV members if applicable).
• Completion and submission of required forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Valid B-BBEE certificate (consolidated for joint ventures per 3.11.1), Non-Disclosure Agreement Annexure A, Tax Compliance Pin.
• Joint ventures/consortia: provide JV agreements, split of work, guarantees, and related documents (plus consolidated B-BBEE if applicable).
