Overview

The Provision, Implementation, and Management of an Integrated Student Payment Solution for the University of Venda for a period of sixty (60) months. Bidders should be legally registered entities with experience in student payments and third-party payment services, able to handle disbursements to verified student bank accounts and private accommodation providers, and capable of secure ITS integration and regulatory compliance (FICA/AML-CFT, PASA, SARB, etc.).

Requirements

• Legal entity registered under the Companies Act or Close Corporations Act; not an unincorporated joint venture.
• Valid Letter of Good Standing with the Compensation Fund (or licensed compensation insurer).
• Third-Party Payment Provider registration/authorization where applicable; SARB/Prudential Authority recognition as required.
• PASA membership; FICA/AML-CFT compliance with proof of registration where required.
• Financial capacity: latest two years’ audited or independently reviewed statements.
• Professional indemnity and cyber-liability insurance (min. R80 million).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status and CSD registration (not older than 2 weeks before close date).
• Completion and submission of Compulsory Declaration; if JV, Joint Venture Agreement where applicable.
• Other tender-specific documentation as listed in the returnable documents (e.g., CVs, implementation plan, team organogram, reference letters).
