Overview

The provision of B-BBEE monitoring and reporting services for the National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA). This tender targets service providers with expertise in B-BBEE monitoring, reporting and SDL&I (Supplier Development and Localisation) governance, under NTCSA’s SDL&I Strategy and a NEC3-based contract framework.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with NTCSA Tender Data; no business-restrictions to NTCSA.
• Mandatory submission documents (returnables) at tender closing, including: Authorisation Form, Acknowledgement, Tenderer’s particulars, Integrity Declaration, CPA requirements, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, Tax Clearance (local/foreign where applicable), and CIDB verification where relevant; and JV-related documents if applicable.
• Pricing and quality documentation: Pricing Schedule/BOQ, Quality forms (QMS/ISO 9001 related), E-tendering aids (Help Manual where applicable).
• Demonstrated QMS readiness and SDL&I capability, per SDL&I Scope and Eskom/Supplier Quality references (ISO 9001 alignment encouraged; see SDL&I and QMS requirements).
• Specific goals and Employment Equity compliance where applicable; SBD 6.2 and related PPPFA scoring applicable.
• Non-disclosure agreement and NDA compliance (NTCSA NDA Vendors document).
• CIDB registration and local-content declarations as required by SDL&I and PPPFA rules.
• Contract framework: NEC3 PSC-based contract data will govern awards (see NEC3 PSC Contract documentation).

• Clarification meeting: 17 August 2026, 12:00–13:00, Microsoft Teams (non-compulsory) (NTCSA Invitation to Tender).
• Closing: 28 August 2026 at 10:00; tender validity 120 days.
• Submission: Electronically via Eskom E-tendering site; no physical submissions.
