The provision of banking services for a contract period of five (5) years to assist Kannaland Municipality in fulfilling its service delivery mandate. Banks or financial service providers with municipal banking capabilities should consider bidding to supply banking services.

Requirements

• Valid original tax clearance certificate, B-BBEE certificate, and certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities.
• Prospective service providers not yet registered on the CSD should register without delay; the Municipality reserves the right not to award to non-CSD-registered bidders.
• Tender must be submitted on the original documents, in a sealed envelope, and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date.
• Full tender documents must be deposited in the Kannaland Municipality tender box (32 Church Street, Ladismith) by 12:00 on 09 December 2026; envelopes must be endorsed with the number, title and closing date.
• Evaluation will be in terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Kannaland SCM Policy; the Municipality may withdraw or reject any tender and is not obliged to award to the lowest bid.
