Overview

The Provision of Core Technical Services (Electrical Building Maintenance services) to Eskom’s Highveld property management facilities in the Mpumalanga Operating Unit on an “as and when required” basis for five years. Suitable for electrical building maintenance contractors with NEC3 TSC3 experience, Eskom E-tendering readiness, CIDB registration, and strong SHE/risk management capabilities to operate in Mpumalanga.

Requirements

• Eligibility and bid rules: must meet tender eligibility; not restricted to Eskom; not submit more than one tender; joint ventures must be jointly and severally liable; no conflict of interest.
• Technical capabilities: respond to requests within 24 hours; emergency response immediate; access to qualified labor, plant, materials, and tools; site assessments and verification per LC SI-136 criteria.
• Safety and compliance: COID/Good Standing; Eskom SHE requirements sign-off; training certificates (First Aid, Fire Fighting, Risk Assessment, Fall Protection); adherence to OHS checklist annexed to the tender.
• Documentation and pre-qualification: CIDB registration; tax/compliance questionnaires; Supplier Integrity Pact; e-tendering training manual acknowledgement; pricing schedules in PDF/Excel; SBD and local content declarations as applicable.
• Tender mechanics: 90-day tender validity; single contract with a 60-month term; no zip uploads; electronic submission only; all documents to be PDF/Excel within size limits.
