RFQ LD 890: The Provision of Décor for Christmas, Santa Actors, Videographers for 360, Giveaways, Photographer, Décor Installation, Strike Down Pack Away, Stocktake & Pack Away at uShaka Marine World. Open to service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal; suitable for event decor, photography, videography, prop procurement, and on-site installation/strike-down.

Requirements

• Must be registered on CSD and the eThekwini Supplier Portal; latest CSD report and SARS-compliant status required.
• Tax compliance: valid tax clearance or TCS PIN; if foreign, Part B3 applies; submit 2 client reference letters; company must be in good standing.
• Complete and sign mandatory forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; bid on official forms or online; offer on company letterhead.
• Compulsory Site Briefing: 12 October 2026, 10:00, Ushaka Marine World staff entrance (compulsory).
• Submission: sealed bids in the Entity’s tender/bid box; must be deposited by 15 October 2026 at 11:00; late bids not accepted.
• Contract: successful bidder must sign MBD7 contract form if awarded.
• Preference points apply (80/20 price vs specific goals; specific-goals tied to a race-based allocation).
