The provision of Facilities Management Services (FMS) and Technical Services required for Properties Management in the Cape Coastal Cluster, Western Cape in the Atlantic and Protea Zones. Bidders should have FM/technical services capability, including multi-disciplinary maintenance for Eskom properties, and be prepared to operate under an NEC3 TSC3 framework with long-term contract management (60 months). Key qualifications include CIDB registration, electrical qualifications (Wireman’s Licence 3-phase and ECB registration), and demonstrated experience in building maintenance and facilities management. Compliance with Eskom’s environmental, health, safety and quality (SHEQ) requirements, including a SHEQ policy and a Quality/ITP plan, is expected. Tender documents reference standard Eskom purchase conditions and a 60-month service contract, with a Schedule of Deviations required if any. A 100% subcontracting arrangement is not allowed.
