Overview

Procurement of Fall Protection Planner and Aerial Rigging Training on an as-and-when-required basis for four years at Eskom Training Centres. Open to training service providers with expertise in fall protection planning and aerial rigging, and with capabilities to deliver under a NEC3 Professional Services framework. If applicable, comply with local-content and CPA requirements; adherence to Eskom’s procurement rules and integrity declarations is required.

Requirements

• Eligibility and conflict of interest: not restricted from doing business with Eskom; no conflicting relationships with other tenderers; not tendering 100% via sub-contracting.
• Certifications/experience: proven capability in fall protection planning and aerial rigging training; appropriate safety and training qualifications.
• Documentation to submit: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 (local-content) and supporting Annexures; Integrity Declaration (Annexure D); Tenderer’s Disclosure (Annexure J); Supplier Integrity Pact compliance.
• Sub-contracting: if used, provide main sub-contractor details (CSD, CIDB, BBEE status) and sign the Intention to Sub-contract.
• Local content / CPA: CPA declarations for local/foreign content (Annexures E–F; G1–G4) as applicable.
• Registrations: Eskom vendor number (if already registered), CSD before award, CIDB registration and grading for each JV member (and combined for JV).
• Contract form: NEC3 PSC contract data and scope of work documented (Part C1–C3).
