Requirements

• Copy of Company Incorporation or Business Registration
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA)
• CR12 certificate
• AGPO-Youth certificate
• Tender security declaration and related forms; confidential business questionnaire
• NSSF compliance certificate
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance (WIBA)
• Anti-corruption (SD1) and Debarment (SD2) declarations
• Valid county business permit
• NEMA waste transportation license and public health/dumpsite authorizations
• Evidence of proper paginated bid response
• Minimum 100 cleaning staff, plus supervisors; rosters and training records
• Evidence of required equipment/vehicles (e.g., trucks, motorcycles/pickups, tractors, cranes/backhoes) and documented logbooks
• Site visit certificate and ability to meet monthly service level monitoring
• Completion of price schedule, Form of Tender, and related tender documents in the format provided
