Overview

The Provision of Garden Maintenance Services at Oshabeni, Enyenyezi and Ngcinangempi (CIDB grading: SH1) for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Bidders with CIDB SH1 or higher experienced in garden maintenance should participate; scope covers three Esayidi TVET College campuses in the Ugu District.

Requirements

• Pre-qualification/Mandatory Information Requirements:
  • RFP Document: each page initialled
  • Technical specifications and pricing: fully signed (do not modify)
  • Proof of bank account: bank letter within 6 months
  • Company registration documents: certified within 6 months
  • ID documents for directors/shareholders: certified within 6 months
  • Tax Compliance Certificate: SARS status valid on closing date
  • BBBEE Certification: valid SANAS certificate or affidavit
  • VAT registration Certificate: valid on closing date
  • SBD Forms: completed and signed SBD 1, 4, 6.1
  • Board resolution: copy (unless sole proprietor)
  • Declaration of Interest: sign tender point 9
  • National Treasury CSD Registration: full report
  • COIDA: valid compliance certificate
  • CIDB Grading: SH1 or higher
  • BCCCI/NNCA/BEECA: provide certificate or affidavit
  • Bank Rating Letter: good-standing letter (not older than 6 months)
• Functionality (minimum 70% to progress):
  • Three contactable references on client letterhead (past 5 years) with contract value, duration, start/completion dates = 30 points
  • Company experience: CV (≥3 years in garden services) and supervisor matric = 10 points; Company profile = 10 points
  • Project plan: resources/organogram, rollout schedule = 15 points; equipment/chemicals photos = 15 points
  • Locality proof: business address in Ugu/Harry Gwala; head office in KZN; otherwise 0 = 20 points
