Provision of garden maintenance services at the Kokstad, uMzimkhulu and Clydesdale campuses for a 36-month period. Potential bidders should have garden/grounds maintenance capability, CIDB SH1 status, and compliance with SA pre-qualification and procurement requirements (bidding via PURCO SA online portal).

Requirements

• Functionality evaluation (minimum 70% to progress): 3 contactable references with contract details; company experience (CV + supervisor matric); detailed project plan with resources and organogram; equipment, uniforms, and chemicals photos/list; proof of locality (Ward Councillor letter or utility bills); overall capacity and locality criteria.
