Overview

The Provision of Legal Services for 36 Months to support Gert Sibande TVET College across multiple legal disciplines. Suitable bidders are South African law firms with capacity in Labour Law, Contract Management, Litigation, Commercial/Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, Investigations, Information/Data Protection, Property, Construction, Procurement, Debt Recovery, and related areas; must maintain professional indemnity insurance and comply with confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements. Requirements

• Firms must have qualified attorneys with capacity across the service areas listed in the scope.
• Maintain professional indemnity insurance; declare and manage conflicts of interest; maintain confidentiality.
• Provide written legal opinions within agreed turnaround times; submit regular progress reports; attend meetings when requested.
• BBBEE compliant; 80/20 preference-point allocation.
