Requirements

• CIDB registration and contractual capacity to perform LV maintenance/refurbishment.
• Compliance with NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) framework (Part C1 data, Form of Offer & Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations).
• Quality management: ISO 9001-based QMS; required Quality Plan and Contract Quality Plan; ongoing supplier quality monitoring (Supplier Quality Management Specification).
• Occupational Health and Safety: comply with Eskom OHS requirements; sign Annexure B; maintain COIDA/good standing; implement incident management, permits, PPE, working-at-height, training, etc. (Annexure B; Annexure C OHS Tender Evaluation).
• Environmental management: environmental policy, risk assessment, and related controls (Environmental Criteria LV Maintainance.xlsx).
• Local content: provide SBD 6.2 Local Content Declaration; meet stipulated local-content thresholds (SBD 6.2 local content certificate).
• Financial viability: latest two years’ financial statements for evaluation (ANNEXURE D – FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS).
• Documentation readiness: complete Form of Offer & Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, and submit supporting documents (CIDB, tax clearance) as part of tender return (NEC Contract Data references; Form of Offer).
• Site/induction readiness: Eskom eTendering registration and training; pre-qualification requirements as per Eskom processes (E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement; eTendering User Manual).
