Overview

The procurement is for the provision of M-Files Application Software License & Service Level Agreement to Ugu District Municipality for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Bids are invited from accredited IT/service providers with M-Files deployment/licensing and SLA experience; bidders must meet tax, B-BBEE, and supplier data requirements.

Requirements

• Functionality threshold of 60% with criteria: Certified Distributor Letter/Certificate (60) and Experience of Bidder (40).
• Compliance/pre-qualifications: valid Tax Clearance, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, tax PIN/CSD, declaration forms, JV if applicable, pricing schedule, and Form of Offer.
• Eligibility: no bids from persons in the service of the state; declaration of interests and SCM practices; PPPFA consideration; B-BBEE verification.
