Procurement of maintenance services for Air and Flue Gas Ducts and Metallic Expansion Joints at Tutuka Power Station for 5 years. Requirements

• CIDB registration: 8ME or higher (mandatory basic compliance).
• Eligibility: not restricted to do business with Eskom; no conflict of interest; compliance with Eskom’s standard tender rules.
• Technical capability: experience in maintenance of ducting, metallic expansion joints, welding, NDT, scaffolding, and outage work; risk management and site access control.
• Safety and SHEQ: compliant OHS plan, risk register, Health & Safety competencies, and adherence to Eskom Tutuka OHS requirements (risk, training, incident handling).
• Documentation: completion and submission of mandatory Eskom returnables (SBD forms, Integrity Pact), Local Content declarations, CIDB certificate, BBBEE, COIDA, tax/clearance where applicable; pricing schedule in PDF and Excel; and cataloguing if required.
