Overview

Provision of oil and grit separating plant cleaning at Duvha Power Station for 60 months. Bidders with industrial cleaning capability, hazardous waste handling and strong SHEQ compliance should bid, including capacity for hazardous waste logistics and related equipment.

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data; not restricted to Eskom/State entities; not under sanctions; not 100% subcontracting; no conflict of interest.
• Certifications/equipment: ISO 14001:2015 certification; HAZMAT permit for truck/driver; proof of access to a licensed hazardous waste disposal facility; disposal agreement or letter of intent; NATIS documentation for long-reach excavator and super-sucker truck (and lease if rented).
• Documentation: complete mandatory tender returnables (SBDs 1/4/6.1/6.2, annexures A–J), tax clearance requirements, CIDB where applicable, SDL&I undertaking, and JV documentation if a JV is formed.
