Overview

The procurement is for the Provision of Professional Assurance Services for NTCSA on an as-and-when-required basis for five years. The contract is to establish a panel of assurance providers under NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC3) with Option G pricing, covering governance, risk, probity and related assurance activities across NTCSA procurement transactions. Target bidders are consultants/firms offering assurance, probity, governance, risk management and related advisory services, with a formal quality system (ISO 9001) and compliance capabilities. Requirements

• ISO 9001–based QMS: supplier/sub-supplier must develop, implement and maintain a QMS; may require ISO 9001 certification (or equivalent) and a Contract Quality Plan (3.1.x). (Annexure Q)
