The Provision of Regulatory & Legislative Updates for the PPECB Legal UnitClosed

Overview

The PPECB invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide an automated regulatory and legislative monitoring solution for the PPECB Legal Unit, delivering automated email alerts on South African regulatory updates. The contract runs for 3 years with an option to renew for 2 years, and requires Outlook-compatible, secure updates with supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Electronic regulatory/legislative monitoring solution from SA sources with automated email alerts; security standards met.
• User-configurable monitoring: select/add/remove categories; monitor multiple frameworks; customize per user or unit.
  • Categories include PFMA/PAJA, Employment & Labour, OH&S, Corporate Governance, Public Procurement, Data Protection, Information Security, Agricultural sector, Consumer Protection, Competition, Taxation, Environmental Law.
• Alerts must include: new Acts, amendment Acts, draft Bills, Regulations, Government Notices, Gazettes, circulars, guidelines, standards, and significant judicial decisions; include attachments/links, summary, effective date, status (final/draft), practical impact, and recommended actions.
• For each alert: provide official document attachments/links, summary, and a brief practical impact.
• Compatibility: solution must integrate with Microsoft Outlook and meet PPECB security/data standards; include a Data Protection Addendum.
• Evidence and references: provide screenshots/proofs; at least three written references from clients in the last 3 years.
• Bid documents: submit SBD1, SBD4, tax clearance PIN or valid Tax Clearance, B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, SBD6.1, and CSD registration (including Master Registration Number). (See RFQ attachments for specifics.)
