Overview

Procurement of Routemaster Cloud (RMC) application software license and service level agreement (SLA) to Ugu District Municipality for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Bidders should be qualified ICT service providers with RouteMaster Cloud certified distributor status and demonstrable RMC support experience, able to comply with municipal procurement rules (PPPFA, CID/SS registration, and required bid documents).

Requirements

• RouteMaster Cloud (RMC) Certified Distributor Letter/Certificate
• Demonstrated bidder experience on RMC (4 contracts or more) with reference letters/SLAs
• Tax clearance status and PIN/CSD registration; Central Supplier Database registration
• Pricing Schedule submission and completion of required MBD forms; JV/consortium documentation where applicable
• Compliance with PPFA preferences (ownership, local content) and declaration forms
