THE PROVISION OF STOCKYARD MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT VARIOUS POWER STATIONS UNDER ERI BMS FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS ON AN ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS.

Overview

Procurement of stockyard management services at Eskom power stations for 24 months on an "as and when required" basis. Bidders should be able to supply labour and supervisory capacity across multiple sites, including staffing for site supervision, SHEQ, admin and operational roles, and comply with Eskom eTendering, CIDB requirements, and Eskom’s standard tender conditions.

Requirements

• CIDB registration (as per Tender Data) or ability to obtain within 21 working days from closing.
• Demonstrate SHEQ capabilities and safety, health and environmental management as part of tender returnables.
• Proof of authority to act as agent if submitting via an agent.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender (allocation of pricing, tender validity, mandatory returnables, etc.) and applicable legislation (PPPFA, COIDA, B-BBEE, etc).
• CSD/eTendering registration and, if required, completion of E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement form; access via the Eskom eTendering portal. (E-tendering manuals and forms are in attached documents.)

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 23 November 2026 at 08:00 (SA time); briefing is available on 9 November 2026 at 11:00 (venue: various power stations). (Briefing details in metadata.)
• Submission method: electronic via Eskom eTendering portal; follow steps to create new submission, upload documents into the correct categories, finalize and submit. (See E-Tendering System User Manual and related training form.)
• Documents to complete/submit: mandatory tender returnables; original tender in paper form plus a copy; electronic copy if required; pricing schedules as per the attached BOQ. The attached BOQ is in Coal Stockyard.zip (Stockyard Management Services.xlsx).
• Pre-qualifications: CIDB grading as per Tender Data; CIDB registration by closing or within the allowed period; CIDB Contract Skills Development and Contract Participation Goals may apply.
