Overview

The RAF seeks a service provider to source, coordinate, and manage Health and Wellness Experts to present Seminars and Webinars across six RAF Offices for a three-year term. Bid eligibility targets providers with networks of Health Professionals (e.g., Medical Practitioners, Psychologists, Occupational Health, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Wellness Coaches) who are registered with relevant bodies (HPCSA, SANC, SACSSP) and experienced in corporate presentations, capable of onsite and virtual sessions, and able to coordinate across all offices. The vendor must ensure confidentiality/POPIA compliance and provide a national footprint (Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal).

Requirements

• Identify, contract, and manage suitably qualified health professionals; ensure registrations with HPCSA/SANC/SACSSP; corporate-speaking experience.
• Deliver seminars and webinars (onsite at six RAF offices and virtual sessions); topics include mental health, chronic disease, nutrition, etc.; provide session outlines and presenter profiles; ensure confidentiality/POPIA.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across all six offices; screen speakers via Employee Wellness; provide presenter details for approval.
• Demonstrate a national footprint with regional networks; complete Annexure C (minimum three professionals per region for Gauteng, EC, WC, KZN).
• Provide minimum six client references for Health Professional Speakers (Annexure B).
• Security and data protection compliance per Annexure A (POPIA, access control, encryption, audits) and third-party oversight.
• Compliance prerequisites: RAF will only transact with CSD-registered suppliers; SARS-compliant tax matters; sign all mandatory annexures.
