Overview

RFQ 6769 seeks quotations for the refurbishment and upgrade of CSIR’s 20kL/d AMD treatment pilot plant, including MASRO integration, solvent-extraction minerals recovery and UR-RO polishing, with manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning to a fully functional upgrade. Bidders should have CIDB 1ME or higher, be able to perform electrical installations, and provide welding capabilities, three reference letters, and ensure NDA compliance.

Requirements

• CIDB: active 1ME or higher; JV if applicable with lead partner 1ME+ and equalized designation
• Essential documents: Annexure C (SBD 1), Annexure D (SBD 4), Annexure E (Preference Points), Annexure F (NDA); proof of CIDB; JV or subcontracting agreements as relevant
• Mandatory: three signed references for similar scope; CVs and welding qualifications for the proposed welder; proof of electrical contractor registration per OHSA Act and regulations
• Pricing: use Annexure B Pricing Schedule; all costs incl. taxes; escalation/ROE clearly indicated
• Other: 12-month guarantee on mechanical equipment; compliance with SA standards; CIDB/NT tax compliance and CSD verification
• Returnables: complete pricing schedule; proof of registrations; NDA; reference letters
