Procurement of refurbishment works for Loop Street Swimming Pool in Piketberg for Bergrivier Municipality. Bidders should be competent/experienced contractors with CIDB grading of 5CE or higher and valid CIDB registration on submission, and must be registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) with Tax Clearance. Requirements

• CIDB grading 5CE or higher; CIDB registration valid on tender date. (see C24077)
• CSD registration; Tax Clearance/TCS Pin/CSD number to be submitted with bid.
• Original B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; if not submitted, 0 points for B-BBEE.
• Tender documents completed in black ink on original forms; no late, incomplete, faxed or emailed bids.
• Price must be VAT inclusive; evaluation 80 points for price, 10 for specific participation goals, 10 for BBBEE.
• Compulsory clarification meeting: 15 September 2026, 11:00 at Rhino Sports Field (gate closes 11:05). (see C24077)
