Overview

The replacement and maintenance of self-service fuel bowsers for 3 years at King Shaka International Airport is being procured. Bidders should be CIDB 4 ME or higher and have industry experience in fuel facilities, mechanical/electrical works, safety compliance, and contract management. A compulsory site inspection is scheduled, and submissions are via email.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading 4 ME or higher.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN and, if applicable, a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; joint ventures require separate TCS for each party.
• Proof of COIDA/FEMA good standing.
• Attendance at compulsory site inspection; PPE: safety boots, reflective vest/jacket; costs (R180 per person) and parking to be borne by attendees.
• Submit only on official forms; adhere to tender processes, confidentiality, and required returnable documents; no alternative bids.
