Overview

Procurement of three all-in-one printers and a five-year service and maintenance agreement. The National Museum Bloemfontein invites bids from established South African suppliers, preferably Bloemfontein-based with local premises, capable of supplying, delivering, installing and maintaining the printers (including a 5-year service plan). Requirements

• Compulsory documents: proposal showing location, capacity, and experience; proof of Bloemfontein premises (lease or rates account); minimum three reference letters (not older than 3 years); audited/reviewed financials for last 3 years; fully completed and signed SBD4 form (see SBD 4 NASMUS_final2.pdf); CSD supplier report; conformance to specifications; complete price schedule (Section 8); SARS tax pin.
• Registrations and pre-qualifications: CSD registration; non-compulsory: CIPC registration; BBBEE status or declaration.
• Compliance: tax compliant (7-day grace if non-compliant); bid validity of at least 90 days.
• Evaluation: three-stage process (pre-screening, technical ≥70/100, 80/20 price vs preferences). Preference criteria include BBBEE status, local Free State base, youth/women/people with disabilities ownership (proof required).
