The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a service provider for the Renewal of CISCO Firewall Licenses, Maintenance and Support for a period of twelve (12) months.

Overview

The RAF seeks to appoint a service provider for the Renewal of CISCO Firewall Licenses, Maintenance and Support for twelve months. The RFQ covers renewal of Cisco Firewall licenses (FTD 2130) and Firepower Management Center, including 3 Base, 3 Malware, 3 Threat and 3 URL Filtering licenses, with 8x5xNBD hardware replacement and 24x7x365 support, remote and on-site delivery. Bidders must be Cisco-accredited partners (Global Gold or Gold Integrator or Secure Networking Solution Specialization). The process requires CSD registration, SARS tax clearance (and VAT where applicable) and completion of RAF standard bidding annexures; the award uses an 80/20 price-and-goals split.

Requirements

• Cisco Authorized Partner status (Global Gold or Gold Integrator or Secure Networking Solution Specialization) with proof by closing date.
• CSD registration and SARS tax clearance; VAT status if VAT-registered.
• Complete and sign all annexures (Standard Bidding Documents and mandatory evaluation docs).
• Adhere to RAF anti-collusion and one-entity-per-director rules; no multiple entities with common directors.
• Claim specific-goal preferences (HDI, Women, Persons with disability) with proof.
• Data protection and security compliance per Annex A (security measures, PoPIA, access controls, encryption, incident reporting).
