Overview

The RAF seeks a service provider to renew Connect Direct Services and Support for 12 months, including Connect Direct Production/Test/DR licenses and Secure+, with onsite/remote support, upgrades, and knowledge transfer. Suitable bidders are IT/software service providers with Connect Direct and Secure+ expertise, security/compliance capabilities (POPIA/DP requirements), and the ability to meet RAF’s procurement and HDI-specific goals. The supplier must be CSD-registered and tax compliant with SARS.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance; RAF will not transact with non-compliant suppliers.
• Preferential goals: HDI (10 points), Women (8), Persons with disabilities (2) with proof documents.
• Compliance with Annexure A Security Measures (technical/organisational security, data protection, access controls, incident response, audits).
• Onsite and remote support up to 30 hours; knowledge transfer/training; configuration/installation; upgrades/migrations.
• Pricing and delivery in the RFQ cost breakdown; adherence to 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20).
• Prohibition of collusive behavior; single proposal per entity; timely responses.
