Hiring of Branded Mobile Cancer Screening Truck at RAF Head Office, Centurion. The RAF seeks a service provider to deliver a branded mobile cancer screening unit and on-site screening services (clinical breast exams, mammograms, Pap smears, PSA tests) at RAF Head Office, Centurion, for an event in November 2026. Bidders should be capable mobile-health service providers or vehicle-hire/service suppliers with CSD registration and SARS-compliant tax matters, and must comply with the required annexures and security/data protection provisions.

Requirements

• Must be a CSD-registered supplier; RAF will only do business with such suppliers.
• SARS tax clearance and compliant tax matters.
• Provide 1 branded mobile screening truck with staff to conduct on-site tests and deliver a 1-hour webinar; capacity around 300 attendees; event date in November 2026.
• Complete and sign all annexures and standard bidding documents; attach cost breakdown (Annex E) and adhere to 80/20 evaluation with specific goals (HDI, women, disability).
• Data protection and security compliance (POPIA/RAF security measures), including secure handling, storage, access control and incident reporting; sign data protection agreements if required.
• No collusion; comply with procurement rules (one entity per bid; no gifts/hospitality misuses).
