Overview

The Road Accident Fund seeks a service provider to conduct an Insurance Claims Administrator Learnership Programme for a 12-month period. The programme is to be delivered at RAF’s Centurion location (420 Witch-Hazel Avenue, Eco Glades 2, Centurion). Bidders should be trained providers with capacity to run a 12-month learnership focusing on insurance claims administration.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the Bidder’s Disclosure form, declaring state employment, relationships with state employees/institutions, and any interests in related enterprises, truthfully and independently (SBD4). (Standard Bidding Document (SDB) 4_Annexure A.doc)
• Declare any relationships or interests that could affect independence or lead to conflicts of interest.
• Confirm no involvement in collusive bidding, and acknowledge penalties under PFMA SCM Instruction 03 for false disclosures or anti-competitive behavior.
• Ensure compliance with anti-corruption provisions and potential engagement with enforcement agencies if required.
