Overview

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites a service provider to flush plumbing lines at RAF Head Office, Block F. Eligible bidders are plumbing contractors with PIRB registration, COIDA compliance, CSD registration for preferential scoring, and capability to perform flushing and disinfection of the full water distribution network (Bathrooms, Toilets, Urinals, Basins, Kitchens). RFQ PR10118921 closes 21 Oct 2026.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA letter of good standing (not older than 12 months) and OH&S compliance.
• Allocated plumber must be registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) with current proof.
• Preferential procurement: provide CSD registration proof to claim HDI, Women, and/or Disability points (as applicable).
• Price evaluation on an 80/20 basis; submit a compliant cost breakdown (VAT handling as specified).
• Compliance with Annex A Security Measures and relevant standards (SANS-10252, CoC on completion).
• Complete and sign all standard bidding annexures (SBD 4 disclosures; SBD 6.1 for PPR 2022 preferences) and attach required documents.
