The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to Maintain, Service and Repair Security System at Tzaneen CEC on a month-to-month basis for a period of six (6) months.

Overview

Maintain, Service and Repair Security System at Tzaneen CEC for six months. The RAF seeks bids from service providers with proven security systems maintenance experience (access control, CCTV, biometrics, alarms) to operate at the Tzaneen CEC on a month‑to‑month basis for six months, with price and specific goals forming the evaluation basis.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA letter of good standing and COIDA-compliant status.
• PSIRA registration and PSIRA certificate for the company (and directors) in the relevant security category; PSIRA letters of good standing.
• Evidence of at least two prior security systems maintenance/repair engagements ( Annexure B entries to be provided).
• CSD verification for preferential goals and an up‑to‑date tax clearance as applicable.
• Compliance with RAF security, data protection (Annexure A) and confidentiality requirements; ability to furnish monthly maintenance reports and a job card for each site visit; adherence to pricing schedule (Annex E).
• No collusive bidding and adherence to RAF procurement terms; mandatory disclosures via SBD4 form.
