The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to provide Intermediate MS Excel Training for One Hundred and Seven (107) RAF employees.

Overview

RAF seeks a service provider to deliver Intermediate MS Excel Training for 107 RAF employees. The training will run in Gauteng (Pretoria/Hatfield) with four groups (27, 27, 27, 26) over two days per group, including course materials and certificates. The RAF prioritises SETA or QCTO accreditation and price under an 80/20 evaluation framework.

Requirements

• Accreditation: service provider must be accredited with SETA or QCTO (proof due by closing date; RAF may validate).
• Compliance: VAT status must be clear; prices should be VAT inclusive; non-VAT-registered vendors may be disqualified if charging VAT.
• Tax compliance: supplier’s tax matters must be declared to SARS.
• Preferential procurement: proof of CSD registration to claim specific goals (HDI, Women, Persons with disabilities) with supporting documents (e.g., CSD report, ID, medical certificate).
• Security/PII: compliance with RAF security, data protection and POPIA requirements (Annexure A); access control, secure handling/storage of documents, and incident reporting.
• Delivery: training must occur in Pretoria/Hatfield area; venue to be provided by the service provider; four groups with two days each; materials, examinations and attendance certificates included.
