The RAF seeks to appoint a service provider to perform Occupational Hygiene Surveys and Ergonomics risk assessment for the RAF Bloemfontein Office. Bidders should be experienced in occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance, and must be SANAS registered, be an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) under the OHS Act, hold COIDA good standing, and be CSD-registered. Requirements

• SANAS registration (valid and active). (PR10116990)
• Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. (PR10116990)
• COIDA Good Standing certificate (valid within 12 months where applicable). (PR10116990)
• Competent person(s) for ergonomics with relevant qualifications/registrations (NQF where applicable). (RFQ spec)
• Capability to perform Illumination survey, Indoor Air Quality survey, and Ergonomic Risk Assessment as per the specification. (RFQ spec)
• Compliance with POPIA/data protection and RAF security requirements (Annexure A). (Annexure A)
• Preference points claimed under the 80/20 system; HDI, Women, and Persons with disabilities eligibility evidence. (SBD6.1)
