Overview

The Road Accident Fund seeks a service provider to supply Cleaning Services at RAF Mafikeng CEC for a 12-month period commencing 16 October 2026. This RFQ is targeted at office cleaning/facilities management with requirements for COIDA compliance, CSD registration, and payroll/equipment standards. Responses must be emailed to the RAF procurement mailbox.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA good standing letter (and COIDA clearance for cleaning services); proof due by closing.
• Evidence of at least one previous Cleaning Services engagement (Annexure B).
• CSD registration and unique supplier registration number (RAF will only transact with CSD-registered suppliers).
• Minimum two cleaners (2x RSA IDs or valid work permits) for the contract duration.
• Equipment and consumables must be SABS approved; PPE with company branding; routine checklists.
• Attendance registers for staff; monthly invoices must be accompanied by job cards.
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; MSDS displayed for cleaning chemicals.
• No upfront payment; payments on delivery with original invoice by monthly deadline.
• Non-collusion and anti-gift provisions; confidentiality and data protection obligations; disclosures per SBD4.
• Pricing must be in VAT-inclusive ZAR and submitted in the RAF pricing schedule; adherence to 80/20 evaluation (Price 80, Specific Goals 20).
• Documentation to complete: Annexures including Standard Bidding Documents (SBD4, SBD6.1) and security/PII controls (Annexure A). (RFQ document references)
