Overview

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) seeks a service provider to deliver Cleaning Services for RAF Hatfield Office for a four-month period starting 14 January 2027. Suitable bidders are cleaning service providers with COIDA good standing, SARS tax compliance, and CSD registration; attendance at a mandatory briefing is required.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA letter of good standing (and relevant COIDA registration for cleaning services).
• Proof of CSD registration and unique supplier number; RAF will transact only with CSD-registered suppliers.
• SARS tax matters in order (tax clearance).
• Completion of standard RFQ documentation (Annex A/B, RFQ specs) and Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1) as applicable.
• Compliance with RAF’s 80/20 preference framework (price 80 points, specific goals 20 points) and ability to provide evidence for specific goals (HDI, Women, Persons with Disability).
