Overview

RAF seeks a service provider to deliver Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day services for the Durban Office over 3 days. Bidders with corporate wellness experience and SA-registered health professionals (Chiropractor, Reflexologist, Psychologist), SANC-registered nurses, HPCSA/AHPCSA practitioners, and CSD registration are suited to bid. Requirements

• On-site program: 27–29 October 2026, 09:00–15:00, about 380 attendees with a post-event feedback report within two weeks (RFQ SPEC).
• Licensed personnel: on-site Chiropractor, Reflexologist, and Psychologist (HPCSA/AHPCSA); four nurses (SANC).
• Corporate wellness experience: health education stands and services for large groups; smoothie bar with specified setup.
• Compliance: RAF only with CSD-registered suppliers; SARS tax compliance; complete Annexures and standard bidding docs (Annex F).
• Security/PII: implement Annexure A security measures (data handling, access control, incident reporting, POPIA compliance).
• Evaluation: submit for 80/20 price/points; provide proof for specific goals (HDI, Women, Disability) if claiming points (SBD 6.1).
