Overview

The RAF seeks a service provider to supply cleaning services at RAF Head Office, Eco Glades 2, Block F, Centurion, on a month-to-month basis for six months. The contract covers day-to-day cleaning for Eco Glades Block F (7,048.45 m2, 3 floors) with 9 cleaners (2 male, 7 female) 7:00–15:00, Monday–Friday, plus ad-hoc cleaning and provision of cleaning equipment and consumables, in compliance with OHS and SABS standards.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA letter of good standing; SARS tax matters in order.
• CSD registration (CSD Unique Supplier Registration Number) and RAF will deal with CSD-registered suppliers.
• Minimum two reference letters confirming cleaning service experience; Annexure B completed.
• Supervisor(s) must hold Matric/Grade 12; copy provided.
• Service provider must supply all cleaning consumables/equipment; items must be SABS approved; maintenance within 48 hours.
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; MSDS required and approved (SABS).
• Evaluation uses 80/20 price-weighted plus Specific Goals (HDI, women, persons with disabilities) with required proof (CSD report, IDs, medical certificate).
• Mandatory briefing session and prohibition on collusive bidding; no more than one proposal per directorate.
