The RAF seeks a service provider to deliver Security Guarding Services for the RAF Polokwane Office on a month-to-month basis for up to six months, starting 07 November 2026. Suitable bidders are security service providers with PSIRA registration and a valid COIDA good standing, able to supply 24/7 guarding including day/night shifts; must have an office within 50 km of Polokwane; must be CSD registered. Requirements

• PSIRA registration and PSIRA certificate for the company; PSIRA letters for company and directors.
• COIDA good standing letters for the company (and COIDA compliance).
• Office within 50 km of the RAF Polokwane Office (proof required).
• Gate/guards: PSIRA-registered guards with no criminal record; minimum 2 years (guards) and 3 years (shift leaders) security experience; English plus another official language; Matric required; neat, identifiable uniform.
• 24/7 guarding coverage (day and night shifts) per site plan; equipment and PPE as specified.
• Compliance with Annexure A security measures (PoPIA/PII safeguards, secure handling of RAF data, transport of documents, access control, etc.).
