Overview

The RAF seeks a service provider to perform Cleaning Services for the RAF Hatfield Office for a four-month period starting 14 September 2026. Bidders should be capable cleaning service providers with COIDA compliance, a valid CSD Unique Supplier registration, and the ability to supply cleaning consumables, equipment and associated services. Requirements

• Comply with RAF terms; delivery against the official Award Letter/PO.
• Provide COIDA letter of good standing; COIDA compliance for cleaning services.
• Demonstrate at least one prior Cleaning Services engagement (Annexure B).
• Must be CSD registered; tax matters in order with SARS.
• Complete and sign all annexures (as per RFQ) and submit with the quote.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive; if VAT-registered, include VAT; no post-award price changes.
• Preference points: 80/20 system; claim Specific Goals with documentation (HDI 10 points, Women 8, Disability 2).
• No upfront payment; invoices to creditors@raf.co.za by 18th of each month.
• Mandatory briefing/session and prohibition on gifts/hospitality; security and data protection measures apply.
