Overview

The RAF seeks a service provider to perform Occupational Hygiene Surveys and Ergonomics risk assessment for the RAF Johannesburg Office. Bidders should have occupational hygiene/ergonomics expertise and be able to deliver Illumination surveys, Indoor Air Quality surveys, and Ergonomic Risk Assessments, with certifications including SANAS registration, Approved Inspection Authority (AIA), COIDA good standing, and CSD registration (see PR10116991).

Requirements

• SANAS registration (valid)
• Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) certificate (valid)
• COIDA Good Standing letter (not older than 12 months)
• CSD Unique Supplier Registration (registered)
• Willingness to complete and sign all Annexures/Standard Bidding Documents and comply with RAF terms, including security/data protection measures (Annexure A)
