RAF seeks to appoint a Media Monitoring Agency/Company to monitor, track and deliver analytical reports on RAF’s media coverage across national, regional, provincial and community media, across all platforms (Print, Radio, Television, Online and Social & Digital Media) for a six-month period. Suitable bidders are experienced media monitoring and analytics firms with cross-platform capabilities and proven reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in media monitoring and cross-platform analytics (Print, Radio, TV, Online, Social & Digital).
• Ability to monitor RAF coverage nationally and regionally and deliver consolidated analytical reports for six months.
• Compliance with public-sector procurement rules, including completing the SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure and disclosing any State-related interests or conflicts.
