Overview

RAF seeks a service provider to deliver Executive Coaching Services for eight RAF executives on an as-needed basis for six months at RAF Head Office, Centurion. Bidding is open to suppliers with proven executive coaching capability, able to supply at least four qualified coaches (one-on-one coaching for eight executives), and to meet the data security and governance requirements outlined in the RFQ documents.

Requirements

• Provide at least four Executive Coaches with minimum 3 years of executive/general/senior management coaching experience; supply CVs (Annexure B) and proof of highest qualification (NQF level 8).
• Demonstrate capability with a minimum of two client references (Annexure C).
• Deliver a full coaching programme for eight executives (CEO, CFO, Chief Claims Officer, Chief Corporate Support Officer, Chief Governance Officer, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, CIO, Chief Internal Audit Officer) including 6–10 sessions per executive, 60–90 minutes per session, via virtual/in-person/hybrid; provide implementation plan, intake, progress monitoring, mid-term review, final report, and future recommendations.
• Include diagnostic assessments if used and a detailed price schedule (Rate per 60 and 90 minutes, per-assessment cost) in the Cost Breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements (Annex A); implement robust cybersecurity, access controls, and incident reporting.
• Adhere to RAF’s procurement rules: CSD registration and SARS tax matters in order; no collusive practices; no more than one proposal per common director/shareholder; adhere to 80/20 preference points (HDI 10, Women 8, PWD 2).
