Overview

RAF seeks a service provider to deliver Emergency Services on 31 October 2026 at Jack Botes Hall, Polokwane, including 1 fully equipped ambulance, 2 on-site paramedics, and a fully stocked First Aid Kit. Suitable bidders are emergency medical service providers with HPCSA-registered paramedics and public-sector procurement capability.

Requirements

• Be a CSD-registered supplier with SARS-compliant tax matters.
• Provide on-site Emergency Services on 31 October 2026, 08:00–16:00 at Jack Botes Hall, Polokwane.
• Supply 1 ambulance, 2 paramedics, and 1 fully stocked First Aid Kit.
• Paramedics must be HPCSA-registered; submit proof for both on/before closing date.
• Prices must be VAT-inclusive; VAT-registered vendors must include VAT; no post-award price changes.
• Complete and sign all RFQ annexures and standard bidding documents (e.g., SBD4, SBD6.1) and Annex E cost breakdown.
• If claiming specific goals, provide proof (HDI/CSD report for 10 points, Women identity/CSD, Disability medical certificate for 2 points).
• Adhere to Annex A Security Measures and POPIA/data protection requirements.
• Late quotations will not be considered; RAF will only deal with CSD-registered suppliers.
