The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites quotations to appoint a service provider to source a Facilitator for a half-day Wellness Workshop around Pretoria. Bidders should have HPCSA-registered psychologists (Industrial, Clinical, or Counselling), with wellness/psychology facilitation experience, and be able to provide workshop materials for ca. 11 participants in October 2026.

Requirements

• Proof of HPCSA registration for the proposed Facilitator (Practice Card or Certificate of Status), valid at bid submission.
• List of at least four past workshop engagements with details: workshop title, client, contact, date, and target audience.
• CSD registration and SARS tax compliance; VAT status (if VAT registered, must include VAT).
• Pricing in the required cost breakdown (VAT inclusive, in ZAR); use the specified pricing table; no post-award price changes.
• Specific goals evidence to claim HDI, Women, and Persons with Disabilities points (HDI: 10; Women: 8; PWD: 2) with supporting documents (e.g., CSD report, ID, medical certificate).
• Security and data-protection commitments: adherence to Annex A (Security Measures) and related data-protection requirements; provide necessary agreements if handling RAF data.
• Bid integrity: no collusive practices; complete all mandated Annexures and forms (e.g., SBD4, SBD6.1).
