THE ROAD ACCIDENT FUND REQUIRES A QUOTATION FOR THE PROVISION OF SAP ON PREMISES SERVICES.

Overview

The Road Accident Fund seeks information for SAP on-premises services. This RFI covers SAP on-premises licensing, maintenance and related support. Two RFIs are published: RAF/2026/00065 (closing 02 November 2026, 11:00) and RAF/2026/00046 (closing 28 October 2026, 11:00). Responses must be emailed to bacsecretariat@raf.co.za. Eligible respondents are the OEM or accredited partners/resellers of the OEM. The Pricing Schedule (Schedule 1) is included in the documents.

Requirements

• Respondent must be an OEM or accredited partner/reseller; provide written confirmation.
• Provide documentary proof of OEM accreditation/authorisation.
• Indicate bidding structure (Individual, Joint Venture, Consortium, Using subcontractors, Other) and supply required details for each member/contractor.
• If using subcontractors, supply information for each (prime contractor, subcontractors, registrations, VAT where applicable).
• Submit bidder’s proposal aligned with RAF requirements.
• Submit pricing using Schedule 1; include any additional information.
