The Road Accident Fund seeks a service provider to provide monthly pest control services at the RAF offices for 12 months. Requirements

• Valid COIDA letter of good standing (not older than 12 months).
• Proof of Pest Control Operator registration with the Department of Agriculture for involved personnel.
• At least two client reference letters confirming Pest Control services and OHS training; complete Annexure B.
• CSD Unique Supplier Registration Number; SARS tax matters in order.
• Compliance with Annex A Security Measures (data protection, physical/cybersecurity, incident reporting) and POPIA obligations.
• Completion of mandatory bidding annexures/forms (e.g., SBD4, SBD6.1) and pricing schedule (Annex E: Cost Breakdown).
• Evidence of minimum company experience in Pest Control Services and relevant OHS training, as specified in the RFQ.
