Requirements

• No late submissions; compulsory site briefing; sign submission registers with correct RFQ number; respond to RFQ; completed pricing schedule; signed MBD forms.
• Active CIDB status 1GB or higher; minimum one written reference letter from previous general maintenance work.
• Administrative: Certified Directors’ ID copies; proof of CIPC registration; up-to-date municipal account; if lessee, lease agreement; company pricing on letterhead; valid BBBEE affidavit; bank letter (≤3 months); valid Tax PIN; CSD report; evidence of sufficient financial resources.

• Technical/specifications: 10 mm hot-rolled carbon steel brackets; 40 mm Fort Knox padlocks; corrosion-resistant coating (minimum 5 years outdoor); welding of joints; precise hole sizes for lock/shackle; top hooded bracket design and reinforced bottom bracket; alignment to allow door operation.
• Installation: Brackets welded and securely mounted; precise alignment to avoid binding.
