Overview

SAMSA seeks information on the Opticon IPECS eMG100 KSUS VoIP solution to evaluate cost and capability for a 24-month rental and 24/7 Cape Town deployment, including integration with the SAMSA MS Teams Calling Telephony solution. Suitable bidders include telecommunications vendors, VoIP/PABX integrators, MS Teams integration specialists, and network/managed-services providers.

Requirements

• Provide the Opticon IPECS eMG100 KSUS VoIP solution with PABX functionality.
• Integrate with SAMSA’s MS Teams Calling Telephony solution.
• Offer a rental option for 24 months.
• Support inbound and outbound local and international calls without limitations; include all technologies/services required for implementation and ongoing management.
• Deploy for a 24/7/365 operational environment at a Cape Town office (as stated in the specification).
